kuya mark: well michelle, let me tell u a story. one smoker patient of mine kept tellin me, "u can do anythin u put ur mind to it!".. he's been smokin for 40 yrs, but he quit right on the spot.. how?, u might ask.. he believed he can do it!! u can do it to.. whatever u decide to be, whatever u want to be.. the road may be hard, but u can do it......... u need to network (*wink wink*.. hahah..
